What's Included In the Rental?
All of our homes are fully outfitted to make your stay as seamless and relaxing as possible. You'll find fresh linens, bath towels, hand soap, paper goods, and cleaning supplies already in place. Our kitchens are stocked with essentials: cookware, utensils, basic spices, olive oil, and coffee-making tools. Most homes include either a drip or Keurig coffee maker (check your home's listing for details). We also provide complimentary high-speed WiFi, streaming-enabled TVs, and eco-friendly starter amenities.
How do Check-In and Check-Out Work?
Your experience is designed to be effortless from start to finish. Before your stay we email you a personalized welcome guide with everything you need to know; directions, entry instructions, WiFi info, etc. All of our homes feature contactless entry - no key pickup required! Check-in begins at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am to allow our team enough time to prepare the home with the same attention to detail you'll experience upon arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request.
Is the Home Kid-Friendly or Pet-Friendly?
Many of our homes are well-suited for families with children, and some are thoughtfully equipped with extras like high chairs, portable cribs, and games. Look for "Family-Ready" in our listings or reach out for recommondations that best fit your needs. A Select number of homes welcome well behaved dogs with prior approval. We want all guests - two legged and four legged - to have a safe and comfortable stay. If you're traveling with a pet, please let us know so we can guide you through the process.

Most of our homes are located within South Peak Resort or just minutes from the base of Loon Mountain - many with direct shuttle access or a short walk to the slopes. You'll also be within easy reach of Lincoln's local favorites; farm to table dining, cafes apres ski spots, and scenic trails.
